This five bedroom four bath home is a beautiful replica of 1920's style Mediterranean architecture. The original 1950's concrete block home needed extensive improvements to accomplish the final two story masterpiece. Original roof rafters were salvaged and used to craft the remodeled home's exterior doors. The Casa del Palermo was awarded the coveted 2003 Grand Aurora Award at the Southeast Building Conference in the category of Renovations.
